Get Married Online Package
Includes everything you need to get legally married online:
Online Marriage License Assistance
Online Marriage will provide you with customized online legal marriage recommendations depending on your physical location(s) and individual circumstances, as well as pricing and detailed instructions for obtaining your online marriage license. You are responsible for submitting the application and purchasing your own marriage license from one of the recommended jurisdictions, and forwarding it to our office prior to the license signing appointment.
Online Legal License Signing Service
Legal signing of your marriage license by an authorized officiant via video conference. Both parties to the marriage must be present on the video call, substitutions or proxies are not permitted. If you select a jurisdiction that requires witnesses, you must provide two witnesses over the age of 18 or Online Marriage can provide legal witnesses for an additional fee of $20 each.
Marriage License Certified Copy
Our Get Married Online package includes at least one certified copy of your completed marriage license certificate, which typically arrives via mail within a few weeks. Pricing for additional certified copies and expedited shipping varies by jurisdiction.

Optional Upgrades
Rush Service Fee $175
Our standard turnaround time for online marriages is 3 business days, including the time it takes you to obtain your marriage license online. If you are looking to be married in less than 3 business days, we can assist you as quickly as possible by ordering our Rush Service.
Full Marriage Ceremony Add-On $100
Rather than simply performing the legal marriage license signing service, a professional ceremony officiant will perform a ceremony of approximately 10 minutes in length. The ceremony can be customized based on your preferences for a religious or civil ceremony, and is ideal for couples choosing to invite guests to attend their Online Marriage web conference.
Witness Service Add-On $20 each
If you select a jurisdiction that requires witnesses and can not provide your own, Online Marriage can arrange for legal witness(es) to join the online signing video call and serve as witnesses to the marriage as required by law. Witness service is only available if booked in advance of your appointment.
Extra Copies, Apostilles, and Expedited Shipping
Pricing for additional certified copies, apostille document authentication, and expedited shipping options varies by jurisdiction. If you are interested in any of these additional services, please let us know and we will be happy to provide a quote!
Depending on when you contact us and how quickly you respond, the entire process can take as little as 1 – 3 business days.
