Our scheduling system is a simple, four-step form which should take you about 90 seconds to complete.

Be sure to read the checklist below before starting, you will need to complete the entire form in one session, You can’t stop in the middle of the form and come back to it later, you’ll have to start over again from the beginning.
Before you begin:
- Make sure you and your partner both meet the Online Marriage Eligibility Requirements
- Check out our Packages and Pricing and decide which services you want to book
- Have the following information available to fill out the form:
- Name, Email Address, and Phone Number for you and your partner
- Dates and times you are both available for the marriage web conference
- Credit card for payment (USD)

After completing each section, click the “NEXT” button at the bottom of the screen. Complete the four steps until you reach the “Request Submitted” page. If you encounter problems with the form, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to help. Thank you!
